Carolyn Carter

After graduating from the Norwich School of Art, Carolyn worked as a graphic designer for the BBC. Working mainly within News and Current Affairs, Carolyn has designed titles and on-screen graphics for a wide varieties of programmes such as "Correspondent", "Points of View", "The Money Programme", "Watchdog", and BBC News.

For her broadcast work, Carolyn uses Quantel Paintbox, Harriet and HAL. She has also directed both live action on location and studio motion control shoots. Most of the artwork she prepares herself either by hand drawn illustration or using Photoshop on a MAC.

In 2000, Carolyn left the BBC and moved to Cape Clear Island off the coast of south-west Ireland. She now lives in a converted chapel in a beautiful Norfolk village, where she continues to design websites, printwork, and logos for clients in both the UK and Ireland.
